after i quit skyrim some weird message appeared from "steamwebhelper.exe"

i quit my skyrim game because my LMB wouldnt let me punch stuff, shortly after i noticed a window named "Javascript Confirm"
it kinda looks like this, its an alert notification

obviously because of the javascript confirm part, i went to processes and force ended it.
it was a steamwebhelper.exe and it was located in steam/bin
there is only one, i know it isnt malicious and its for the steam client to draw the store and library tabs and stuff
But what the hell is this? Am i safe?

i know its gonna be very very unlikely, but anyone had this before?

note that this is a serious post and it isnt a creepypasta or a troll
