Mmmm, that feeling when you meet your friends randomly when queuing. Good times.
I feel this, I solo queued and ended up with two friends on my team and we rekt.
I feel this, I solo queued and ended up with two friends on my team and we rekt.
I four stacked the other day and the only guy who wasn't in our party was a friend of mine. Was hilarious, gave us a nice upper hand too.

This was a fun one
Just played 2 matches in a row (not much, but they were some of the shittiest matches I've ever played) where the team with more carries won. Yay. So fun.
I'm guessing I'll be the top contributor here
constantly losing but then we won 1 fight, and another one. fuck push strats. In UNRANKED.
fuck push strats. In UNRANKED.
its so fun to do push strats in unranked because it really pisses off the enemies
Played a game as a four stack against a five stack team. Two of the people in our party I didn't even know, and due to the lack of teamwork we were getting our asses kicked for the first ten minutes. Then we magically turned it on and turned the game around. We suddenly had great teamwork, smoked and dewarded when we needed to, and won the game in spectacular fashion. It might not have looked close if you look at their scores but they placed their hearts out and it was indeed a taunt bout. However, you can tell they're a little green. They made some key mistakes that really helped us out.
I just played a match of pubseeker: http://dotabuff.com/matches/812690321 Yeah this is the first time I was in a level 1 roshan strat, I think death prophet suggested it after riki switched to wraith king. I died to roshan. I didn't really do anything this match.
low mmr face stomper match was fun, enemy was a 5stack so our slark decided to call gg before anyone picked a hero? then shit went down and yea win streak continues
I wish I knew how to win games
I just played a match of pubseeker
I did as well and was solo safe lane against Broodmother and Centaur. I was called a noob despite nobody coming top to help, our Ogre Magi complaining "support buy wards!" while buying items for himself, and the only AoE that could kill spiderlings easily was Windrunner's Powershot but again, I was solo against Brood and Centaur early game. I was screwed from the beginning and nobody bothered to help me until I "fed" because I was apparently shitty. And another game I was CM laned with Riki paired against PA and Skywrath Mage. First three kills of the game were us since Skywrath could spam spells and PA just had to blink in and kill. Was considered feeding despite Silencer on our team not moving to bottom where he would have been very helpful. In the end, we almost had the game and said Silencer blew his ult a few seconds before we were ready to initiate one final push, and it cost us the game.
You ever have one of those games where one person takes offense to one thing you do and then EVERYTHING else in the match that goes wrong is your fault? I push down all the outer towers with eidolons and necro creeps, then at 35 minutes "GG, enigma no blink" Now bearing in mind that 4 of their 5 heroes can cancel my black hole, I'd need to be getting at least 4 heroes in every single black hole. So I decide to get a BKB before my blink. Normally this would seem like the right idea. Not in the trench In the trench, if Enigma doesn't have Blink as his first item it's GG and Ember Spirt's free to go and afk in the jungle. It's not his fault that we start losing 4 on 5 fights, it's mine, for not going blink first. I have 2150 gold and don't buy blink. I explain to him that I'm saving for buyback, but no, not in the trench. In the trench, we spend our gold and then die. I shouldn't have saved for buyback and saved Ember and our racks with it, I should've bought blink. This was one of the most frustrating games I've played for a long time, and one of the few times I've actually hoped my reports are acted on, cause this Ember Spirit was one of the most offensive and racist people I've ever been forced to play with
Honestly, going Mek > BKB in that game was the perfect idea. I don't believe in getting Necrobook before Blink if your team isn't made for teamfighting though. Also, you had Earth Spirit so it was GG pretty early if you guys weren't in 5k+ MMR. [editline]2nd August 2014[/editline] Aaand they had Lycan + DP. I feel your pain.
My biggest problem with him wasn't even him flaming. It's that we were winning, then he threw the game just because he didn't like my build
Two games, two comebacks http://dotabuff.com/matches/813381794 http://dotabuff.com/matches/813335547 The greatest skill you can learn in Dota 2 isn't last hitting or ward placement or item builds, it's leadership and social skills. Up until like 5k MMR the majority of games are won and lost on team morale, not minor differences in skill. Having a good attitude and promoting it in other people is one of the easiest ways to climb the ladder.

And they believe there is no lane but mid and no heroes but pudge and invoker. oh well

Knowing how to converse with your teammates can go a long way, it helps if you have a microphone and you know how to project yourself properly. Sure, not EVERYONE is going to co-operate; whether it be to language barriers or sheer arrogance, but, every little helps eh? (Although, this could be because I have a weird voice, but I dunno).
I just played my longest game of slardar: I honestly have no idea if my build is good or not. The basic idea of what I was doing was stacking minus armor. I got the vlads after meepo disconnected. We won because they didn't stop void from farming. Riki's build is weird, I don't even think he used the sheepstick once. This was a low priority match, and I am pretty sure I am in the trench so that may explain it.

why have i never played bear man before
You've never played bear man before, because you have never not played someone else.
http://dotabuff.com/matches/5039183 My first game ever, I was Clockwerk. I stopped playing Dota 2 for few months after that and I have no idea how they won with me feeding 16 deaths.
What really sucks sometimes is that I want to play support and get better at it but I usually end up having to carry the team and/or tell them what to do. 75% of the time I act like an angry russian minus the insults because my team usually does something stupid so I have to try and redirect them to not do something retarded. ie I was Necrophos and I almost had a 25 minute radiance but doom decided that his shadowblade was more important (he wasn't really doing shit) so he moved the courier away from the secret shop when I said "I almost have my radiance" before a loosing teamfight.
