So recently I have been getting into unity more and if you want to check it out I made a post about this game in the unity programming section.
This game is in a very early alpha state but I want some feedback from you guys if you can.
You can download a build of the game here : http://www.mediafire.com/download/l25edhwm2dit3cz/AlphaTest.zip
If you want to help me to get onto steam go here : https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=531870161
What is the idea of Cube ³
Well its really simple, You can move a cube in six directions. Each time to move a cube it will not stop until it hits the wall or another cube. Your goal is the get the correctly color cube to the matching outlined cube. This becomes very difficult when you have 6 directions to move in. You also cannot move black (or grey) blocks and sometimes have to make paths for a block using the other colored blocks. There are many different ways to complete a level, so each person can do it differently and you can even compete against your friends to see who gets the least amount of moves to complete any level.
(Excuse my terrible grammer and awful video editing skills)

If you play the alpha please give some feedback, Tell me what you did like or what you did not like, Ideas or suggestions if you have any ect, Thanks.
Fuck that looks fun!
Funnily enough, it reminds of the snow caves connecting the new/old areas in Pokemon Gold.
As suggested on the Steam pages comment section, have you considered making this for a mobile device?
That's some pretentious advertising: "Crafted with the most genius people in mind" lol
Some criticism:
- There's no way to back out of level selection (e.g. go back to the main menu) once you've clicked "Play"
- There's no quit button on the main menu? Gotta alt tab and close it
- Puzzle 7 never transitions to Puzzle 8, I'm guessing that was the last puzzle or that it's broken?
- Puzzles like Puzzle 7 use only 2D movement, which makes it really easy to solve.
- The handles to click on the cubes to move them are a little finicky, I tried clicking on the 'ball' of the handle but it didn't detect clicks a lot of the time
- It's annoying the cubes are unclickable when they hit into something and shake for a second. When resetting a lot of times through a level, I'd appreciate being able to move cubes quicker.
- The music resets when going from the main menu to a level, which would be okay if it went to playing a different track.
- The music resets when you complete a level and move onto the next one (annoying)
- Some camera controls would be nice (e.g. reset the view of the cube to the 'upright' position, a control to keep the cube upright and only rotate horizontally, etc).
I'm not a genius at puzzle games, but I finished puzzles 1 ~ 7 (where as mentioned above, the next level wouldn't load) in probably 10 minutes. I get they're early levels, but they weren't very difficult.
I could see this going places if you polish up the issues I mentioned, it's simple and has a lot of potential if you throw in some more difficult levels and some other mechanics to mix it up.
Also, regarding the trailer:

That should be "Welcome to one of the hardest puzzle gameS ever".
Also also: "An easy hard puzzle game" - I think you might mean "A simple, but difficult, puzzle game".

All of that was taken to account. Plz note the puzzles were just basic example to show what can be doen and how gameplay works. Level 7 is the last level as of now so that is why it did not change, The menu is not done and that is like the 10th iteration (I Suck and menus and UI).
Some puzzles only use 2 dimensions but this will be fixed, Also note that every ten levels the outer cube expands so rather than 7x7 it becomes 8x8 etc. Thank you for the feedback.
Isn't this the hacking minigame from Bionic Commando?

It was fun but couldn't imagine a whole game made out of it

Haha yeh that looks very similar although I have never heard of that, I will take a look at it better soon but the gameplay is pretty different to this game.
Might I ask- what is a "Developer Month" on Patreon?
Voted yes on greenlight but I wouldn't pay more than £1.59 for it, £2 at the most. It's fun to play but I don't see myself splashing out on it.
