For a while, I would have said Red Dead Redemption, but they left it off well story-wise. I don't see how they could expand on it without going backward in progression, which I think would ruin the mystery element of the original.

Man, this was one of the first games I played with ragdoll physics, and intense blood and gore. It blew my mind as a kid (no pun intended). I put so many hours into that game just dicking around with the physics.
