i hadnt known this existed! this looks pretty cool, ill have to get this
advanced crash physics? sign me up, im a fucking sucker for that is it freeware or what though? cant find much info pertaining to that
Looks cool but it needs to be in a real game before it means anything.
also, is it going to be free like RoR was?
is it multiplayer? itd be cool if you could have a demolition derby with other peeps
fuck yes. I was so hyped when I first found out about BeamNG.
This is the reason I even wanted GTA IV to begin with. I want to get this so bad.
This implemented in a racing sim would be Racing Nirvana. This is assuming everything else is at least semi-accurate also.
This looks WAY more polished and fixed up than RoR Looks like it controls -WAY- more better than RoR too. Looking forward to playing it. I also watched another one of their videos and it still has that horrid tire screech whenever it drifts or spins around. Sounds like a pig being murdered. :v:
Is this like Rigs of Rods, but multiplayer?
can't believe I missed this. neat countdown in their website.
Wait already I thought it'd take a few more years
I've always been fascinated by destruction physics and I've been following these guys since the beginning so I'll be checking this out for sure
I'm so excited. I've wanted this since I first saw it.
It's really cool. My only concern is that the car in the Gymkhana video sounded like someone with a bad audio stutter driving the Half-Life 2 Airboat. Maybe it was just that video though.

This looks even better than Rigs of Rods, can't wait!
Hopefully it has steering wheel support [editline]3rd August 2013[/editline] yep, it does http://www.beamng.com/threads/1079-G27-support
We support all steering wheels and gamepads, and yes, we support the G27, including the 900 degree rotation, clutch, and H-shifter Force feedback is not implemented yet, but it is planned.
Wait. Nevermind. Nobody knows what the timer means. Sorry for overhyping it if it isn't released when the timer ends D:

I'm so hyped though, I've been following this for over a year now

Cause "DRIVE" just screams "PLAY", honestly.
Hope the controls aren't as fucking shit as RoR They look pretty solid so far
This looks like a lot of fun to play with. It'll keep me busy til GTAV drops.
Looks fucking awesome. Can't wait to make realistic crash scenarios etc. Hope it'll be moddable too, like RoR,but probably not.
what if that's just an announcement
12 hours left Should be fun
Stunning. Though I think devs should tone down the deformation a little, right now cars look like they've made of pudding.
Now we need drivers into cars that would ragdoll or gib when you hit something :v
Did they improve the backend yet? ALst time I read about this you had to script all joints of a model in a text file via coordinates by had. [editline]3rd August 2013[/editline] Also this + Flatout 2
