What is this project?

Well, as nebulously defined in the Half-Life general thread over yonder (Hi mom) [url=https://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1507632&page=63]pages 63-65[/url], its essentially going to be a total "Revoicing" of sorts of Half-Life 2, y'know, like some sort of already existing mod by some no-name nerd i guess. Ha, what a dork. But anyway, what does this entail?

Well, developmental disorders and being on the spectrum wouldnt hurt, but preferably [b]YOUR ASS[/b]comma [b]YOUR VOICE[/b]comma [b]AND A MICROPHONE[/b]. Thats right fuck-boys, we're going to be redoing all of the disgustingly well designed and greatly directed sound design and voice acting of Half-Life 2 with, instead of actual professional foley artists and voice actors (mostly) performing their alotted roles, YOU WILL BE THE STAR.

Essentially what it comes down to is just grab a microphone and start shitting into it i guess, we'll Half to iron out the kinks later.

Isnt the City PA the same as the Overwatch Dispatch voice? PelPix does a pretty flawless Ellen Mclain, which could be pretty funny if the lines are changed every so slightly. Subtle humor in the middle of unsubtle humor.

I assume theres seperate City 17 PA lines which arent spoken during other segments of the game, i havent played through HL2 in awhile so im a little fuzzy on certain details like that, if thats the case then both could work. Could be confusing though.
