Sourcing pork was never a problem - it was expensive due to the loopholes of trying to get it, but otherwise totally accessible. Most countries don't give a shit about tourists eating what they want, so long as the local populace (the ones who are supposed to adhere to their dietary restrictions) don't touch it.

There's a large population of non muslims in Indonesia, like in Bali, and communities of Indonesian Chinese. They still eat pork.

The way Putin laughs and overall reacts to this is really unsettling. It reminds me sort of a Patrick Bateman type thing where this totally offends him.
