i wish we lived in a world where the advancement of technology would benefit all of us, instead of living in paranoia that foreign countries were going to become better than our country and overtake us in military strength.

therefore i think that china should be free to invest in technology being developed in america.

AI has the potential to be a bigger gamechanger than the nuke was. considering the national security implications of it is realistic and reasonable.
