It starts off you waking up in a hospital and you hear a female voice, and you're making your way through the world and your "Reality" is starting to be taken apart and theres these black smoke things that attack you. it comes apparent that in the story you've taken your eyes out so you wouldn't see "the demons". you're actually mentally insane and you put yourself in a world which seems to be actually real.
It's named after like a russian disease or something

It was a really good mod, the story was awesome, just need the name of it. I remember looking it up and it was a name of some condition or disease.
