knife attacker stabbed eight people on the street in Russia's far northern city of Surgut before being shot by police, investigators said Saturday. The male attacker "carried out attacks on passers-by, causing stab wounds to eight" while "moving along central streets of the city" at around 11:20 am local time, said Russia's Investigative Committee, which probes major crimes. It said that armed police then arrived and used their weapons on the attacker and "liquidated" him. The incident took place in a city some 1,330 miles northeast of Moscow in the oil-rich Khanty-Mansi region. Two of those stabbed are in a serious condition while five more are in a stable condition, the government of the Khanty-Mansi region said in a statement, calling the attacker so far "unidentified." It called for calm over the incident, saying that "in the interests of public calm and also of the investigation, citizens and media are recommended to use reliable information in assessing the situation until all the circumstances are established." Russian police said that terrorism was not the main angle of the investigation after identifying the attacker.
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/08/19/russian-knifeman-stabs-eight-shot/
This was likely an orchestrated event at the behest of the Kremlin, in order to shift the blame from themselves and the conveniently timed refugee incidents in Europe, in an effort to further their cause of destabilizing and giving more weight to far-right parties in Europe and the world. "It couldn't have been Russia! They had a stabbing as well just recently". Putin's advisers were already shown to be randomly supporting (financially) totally polar political parties in order to further mask and obscure their true intentions by erasing all traces of agendas or patterns. Nobody can figure out why they're doing what they're doing and this is completely intentional and directed, their only goal is destabilizing the West as much as possible. More refugee incidents = Rise of far-right groups = More protests/Shift in government = Instability from within the target country. We should always be wary of news pieces such as these. Take everything with a grain of salt. This is disinformation on a completely unprecedented level and I fear that we may never truly get over it.
As much as I would've liked to agree with you but this looks more like a regular-ass loony act than a political conspiracy.
There is really no more room for doubt any longer. We live in a time of intense, covert information wars going on relentlessly. There are several very good reasons to believe the top brass of the White House has literally, directly, colluded with a foreign power (and former rival). The release of the Panama Papers, largest leak of documents in the entire history of journalism, and even the people who fucking leaked them have their intentions called into question'; are they pure or muddled by Russia as well? There are far too many questions like these popping up in recent times, more specifically since the Syrian conflict first began and Europe was hit with the first wave of refugees. Russia has most certainly saw an opportunity in this and exploited the situation to its fullest potential. Brexit, Trump, and other political upsets/conveniently timed events with Russia being the sole side to benefit are likely either orchestrated or accelerated by intervention covert or otherwise. I might have gone off the deep end, but Putin is surrounding himself with very shady, highly intelligent individuals and it cannot be a coincidence, nor do I believe that these people are wholesome.
Single person acts similar to this are the consequence of government involvement into attempting to sway political views, not the actual act. A government influences with words, not with people. This consequence may give them a platform. It all depends on how they act towards it.
