Given the volume of throughput, wouldn't be terribly surprised if parts mysteriously ended up in people instead of dissection tables "by accident" on a regular basis.

That's neither here nor there, it's whether or not the parts and bodies are going to where they're supposed to, and the "organizations" they're going to are in fact legit and vetted as scientific institutions, cadaver learning schools or forensic pathology departments.
