Okay after spending a bit too much time on her instagram, I am growing a bit skeptical to the extremeness of her look. I do think she's had a lot of plastic surgery, but almost all of these images are photoshopped in some way, usually her shoulders are at least squared in almost every picture. This is sad, she was really pretty before. Honestly not surprised this happened in Iran though because there's a lot of plastic surgery going on there, but it's usually limited to girls wanting smaller noses not whatever the fuck this is.
