When I had to go through medical exams before my conscription the doctor felt up my balls to check for it. It's standard procedure but it was really unpleasant.

Diabetes, low blood pressure and developmental disorders like autism and Aspergers disqualifies you here. Rest is pretty much go, there were guys with high blood pressure, flat foots and other minor conditions during my service.
