He got hacked but not with scam because he deleted me on steam a few mins after he told me, there was no STARS flame Kitteh is online and he said that noone asked him for his pass , I feel really bad for him ;(

Tell him to go to Steam Support, make sure to list the credit card information he used to buy it, the email everything was sent to, and, if possible, include an attachment of the email.
