I honestly enjoyed LP up until after Meteora, or, when the first Bayformers movie came out.

My problem with this argument is that this album took no risks at all and suffers a distinct lack of creativity.

I listened to it, it's not Half bad, Instrumentation needed to change, to a more minutes to midnight which had softer songs or Living things which had some hard/soft songs

Also I'll Admit I am a Linkin Park Fan, and a portion of the fanbase bitched and moaned about leaving Nu-Metal since Minutes to Midnight, and only got happy again after the Hunting Party.

I've had stuff from their newer things shuffled into Spotify radio a few times. I get that they're experimenting with new sounds and all that, as they rightly should be, but holy shit Chester doesn't have the range to do half of what they try any more, hence all the supporting artists.

One weird aspect of growing up with parents who like them, I don't particularly care for them but I still know enough about them to compare their shit. Help.

Minutes to Midnight was the last album I bought from LP. I really liked the prior ones, and MtM had some good songs, but overall? It was way too politically charged for my taste. I wasn't really interested in listening to the singer complain about the current political atmosphere.

They just kind of lost me as a fan after that.

i still listen to tracks from hybrid theory/meteora frequently. ive never bothered to listen to any of their other albums lol. for me, the nu metal aspect is the best part.
