At the centre of the controversy is the Naylor Review – a 42-page independent report, published in March, that sets out recommendations on how the Government can fund NHS reforms by selling land it no longer needs and buildings that are expensive to maintain. dude this is so obviously what has been happening since tories came into power. they sell very expensive buildings and buy cheaply or not at all in some plans, since they planned to close down a lot of hospitals. they have single handedly downgraded the NHS from a once flourishing service into a service that barely copes.
step 1: don't fund the NHS or its staff well enough step 2: Blame the NHS when it starts under performing due to this step 3: Outsource the NHS step 4: ???? step 5: rich people profit.
