Damn, I was really happy when I saw the title but I guess new Zim stuff wont be happening. Really loved that show back then too, wish they would do something with it.
I wouldn't be so sure, this is a Nickelodeon announcement after all. And CH Greenblatt said Jhonen was working on it in his tumblr blog a while ago. Maybe Jhonen is just playing around with fans?

What if in the movie Zim builds a wall to keep out Dib and makes him pay for it?
Obviously it will be about Zim being found out by federal immigration agents, and the long, complicated appeal process to fight his deportation from Earth and pleas for letting him continue his invasion.
Nickelodeon digging into its past for new shows/specials (Nicktoons Movie, Hey Arnold Jungle Movie, Invader Zim special) gives me hope that one day they will give Danny Phantom a revisit.
