Killing martyrs don't solve anything. She's just a right wing nut that wants to bring to back capital punishment by using scare tactics.

They wanted to do suicide anyway and take others with them.. for some dumb political move or religion. But still feels uncomfortable thinking of death penalty.

There's a reason terrorists seeking martyrdom blow themselves up as opposed to self-immolating or ODing on sleeping pills, dying in service to their violent religious convictions is what matters to them. That said, being captured and sent to prison for the rest of their life would be an equally effective deterrent (if such a deterrent works at all), so reinstating a death penalty specifically for this is very much 'an eye for an eye' and not really a practical solution. Or I guess it could seem lolworthy if you just look at it as 'kill people who are trying to kill themselves' but if you think about it at all it isn't that straightforward.
