This year's SummerSlam at the Barclays Center promises plenty of action in the ring, with matches like a fatal fourway for the WWE Universal title to a Kevin Owens/A.J. Styles brawl for the U.S. Title. But there's also going to be some action outside the ring, as a group of WWE fans are planning a weekend of rallies calling on the WWE to remove Donald Trump from the wrestling promotion's Hall of Fame. In the wake of Donald Trump's press conference this week in which he equivocated white supremacists and counter-protesters in Charlottesville, Virginia, a group of fed-up wrestling fans will be rallying on Friday at 5 p.m. outside the Barclays Center. The group will be calling on the company to reject racism by tossing Trump from an honored spot with the company.
Source: http://gothamist.com/2017/08/18/trump_superkick_party.php Alt source: http://www.wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/2017/0818/630286/wwe-fans-protesting-donald-trump-in-the-hall-of-fame-at-barclays/ Probably won't go anywhere considering the CEO's wife is part of the government as administrator of small business (she's a good fit though).
The only we can settle this is a repeat of The Battle Of the Billionares. It's the only way.

Drew Carey, Arnie, Snoop, and Mike Tyson are all members.
So will Trump buy another episode of RAW to get cheered again?
Remove somebody from the hall of fame just because you don't like them? Fellas, if the hall of fame worked like that, nobody would ever make it.
I'm going to assume these people just found out he's in it because it not only took them so long to protest it, they actually think the Mchanon family, who have befriended Trump, will remove him from a Hall of Fame that has nothing to do with social or political issues as it's there for those who are close to the WWE and have contributed to it regardless of their actions outside the company.
Shit like this makes me embarrassed to be a wrestling fan.
Remove somebody from the hall of fame just because you don't like them? Fellas, if the hall of fame worked like that, nobody would ever make it.
True. People get famous for all sorts of reasons. For instance, Mao is famous, but not because he was a nice person who did awesome things.

The WWE has removed people from their company's legacy for many different reasons in the past.

Hogan and Benoit were deep in the company and are synonymous with the brand so anything that stains them also stains the company. Unless Trump royally fucks up he wont be leaving any time soon.
Unless Trump royally fucks up he wont be leaving any time soon.
What do you mean unless, he's been doing it constantly.
The only we can settle this is a repeat of The Battle Of the Billionares. It's the only way.
But have McMahon win this time, and take custody over the USA. Only then can wrestling become real.
The only we can settle this is a repeat of The Battle Of the Billionares. It's the only way.
the 2020 election should be held via having Trump and his opponent select representatives for themselves to have a wrestling match, winner gets their representative to be president also, the referee is still Stone Cold Steve Austin
Fuck that, if they remove Trump they should remove anyone else with a questionable past as well. Homophobes, possible murders and a female wrestler who allegedly pimped out other women to the wrestlers. But yeah fuck Trump over those people because i disagree with his political views.
You don't seem to have a very solid understanding of recent events if this is your take.
I probably know a lot more about the WWE and its history with Trump, sure. I also forgot about Tyson being in the HoF, a convicted rapist.
But yeah fuck Trump over those people because i disagree with his political views.
I'm just saying, however knowledgable you are about the WWE, this is wrong.
I'm just saying, however knowledgable you are about the WWE, this is wrong.
It makes sense tho, how can you call for someone to be removed when you don't even know these other people exist.
I'm just saying, however knowledgable you are about the WWE, this is wrong.
Not really. It's clearly politically driven and they aren't protesting a woman who took advantage of young female wrestlers and pimped them out. Or the guy that raped someone. Or the megastar that can't stop saying nigger(which they claim its about racism so why ignore him?). It's clear they only care about Trump and he doesn't even come close to those people.
This is their website https://www.racistwwe.com/ , I seriously would be surprised if more than 10 people protested.
Look, I have no love for Trump, and he definitely doesn't deserve to be in the White House. But somehow Trump being a member of the WWE Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame has a strange sort of cosmic correctness about it. I think he should definitely be there. Plus, in 50 years, people will be posting to their equivalent of Reddit's TIL: "Today I learned that Donald Trump, 45th and final president of the United States, once appeared with Ringo Starr in an episode of "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" and is also in the WWE Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame"
