Next Monday, on 26th February, a free playable demo for Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition will be available to download! It will be available on your digital platform of choice (Steam, Origin and/or Microsoft Store) and will contain the entirety of Chapter 1. Not only will you be able to fully explore the tutorial and enjoy the opening main quests but you will also be able to test your PC to see how well FFXV Windows Edition will run on it and how high you will be able to push the graphics options. We hinted before that there would be more early purchase bonuses for FFXV Windows Edition and today we are proud to reveal what some of them are! If you pre-purchase or purchase FFXV Windows Edition on Steam before 1st May 2018, you can claim the Half-Life pack via Steam Workshop! This pack features an in-game costume for Noctis based on Gordon Freeman, star of the legendary Half-Life video game series and the pack will also be available for FFXV Multiplayer Expansion: Comrades as well. This means your in-game avatar will also be able to wear Gordon Freeman’s suit!
[t]https://i.imgur.com/2lqfPtf.jpg[/t] [t]https://i.imgur.com/JJ4HqCw.jpg[/t] Squeenix's english blog
snip, thought it was long enough for that joke to regain its humour
I did say something about FFXV needing a crossover promo so as to provide incentive for people to buy a game they've already played to death on consoles. TBH, i have to wonder if something relating to Devolver Digital would've been more relevant than an HEV suit

First an extensive (albeit buggy) benchmark tool, now a full fledged demo? They're doing really good by this PC version of FFXV. Good on them.
Hotline Miami jacket, rooster mask, and baseball bat. and a delorean skin for the car
I can definitely see Hotline Miami stuff working, though i was thinking more along the lines of a Lo Wang costume (and the Engine Blade in Shadow Warrior 2). Besides, there's no better string of text to put in a trailer than "WHO. WANTS. SOME. WANG!?!?" And maybe a Serious Bomb t-shirt for Comrades.
Demo is all well and good, but I hope I'll still be able to preload this game with its ridiculous file size
You guys finally got the additional HL content you wanted!
The suit model looks nice.
Now that is how you do a crossover. Props to Square for actually taking their PC version seriously and not just porting the console version.
