So, I played a game, demo of it. Looong time ago.
It was about Chinese Dynasty, about some emperor or something.
You could build stuff as usual, and place mine's in mountains, where peasants would go mine.
One thing I remember clearly you could make a balloon to reveal whole map, and it would fly around.
Maybe anyone knows it?
