I had an idea today, and it needs a protein that will kill Escherichia coli. It should be simple, I have to code the gene for it manually (I want the bacteria to kill itself when in the presence of the gene regulator). I just need the name so I can do the rest manually, but if you can find the gene sequence I'll love you forever.
