Just get a phone and buy minutes for it. Save you a lot of money. Well unless you text and do all that pointless stuff.
iPhone is great, the new versions can be jailbroken, but for the time being they are tethered only.

I heard jailbreaking grants the user the ability to download free applications. Is this true?
If it is, i'mma rage. Costs 99 dollars to get in the damn developing program, and I don't want to if I know people can be dicks and get stuff I spent time and effort on for free.

Yeah I think that is a bit on the dickish side. I mean pirating a $.99 application...come on (even the more expensive ones).
