Could you live without facebook? - General

I have to get this done for school since it´s kinda my homework till friday. So what do you think? Could you or not? Or do you even don´t have an facebook profile?

I don't use Facebook.

I have a Facebook, but all I use it for is signing up for Raffles, and sending a friend a message if they don't have their fat bums on skype. It's just a passing fad really.

Half the time I go on facebook all that's new is a couple more of those spammy game invites from random people

I do have one. But I don't use it everyday and rarely post statuses. I can imagine my life without facebook. Some people can't.

I am. I used to have an account, but I found no point in it, so I deleted it.

I didn't even use mine for a year once, the only thing good about it is that i can easily contract my friends.

It's certainly useful for organising nights out and the like, but I managed that fine before facebook, and there's never anything worth reading on it anyway, so yeah, I could live without it.

Most definitely. It's useful for organizing events and such, but as a way of staying in touch with people it certainly isn't irreplaceable.

Yeah, I'm so unpopular that Facebook is pretty much useless for me. :v:

I'm unpopular on facebook and rarely get "Likes" and comments, so I guess it wouldn't make a big difference.

Yes, it's just a easy free way of contacting people and arranging to meet up and seeing how people are getting on. If I did not use it for a while i would get use to not using it.

Yes, but it would be a lot more inconvenient for me. I use it to have conversations with friends when they are too busy to actually come over.

The main reason I use it is for contact with people that aren't on Skype or people which I need their new phone number. So I could probably live without it. It seems to be dying down now.

Yes, I could. But for some reason I always have it opened in another tab. Just in case I get bored with Facepunch and YouTube.

Yeah, a lot of people use it to get attenctions, but I don't really use it for that. I login once a day or once every two days and chitchat with some friends or reply to things but that's it.

Yes I could, but other people would have trouble contacting me since they don't have my number and even if they did I rarely use my cellphone. :v:

All I do on facebook is chat people, which could easily be done with texting or some other IM service.
