WATCH THE VIDEO BEFORE READING THIS TEXT, FOR FULL EFFECT
Some of you may know about the odd quality that schizophrenics supposedly have. This is the ability to see through optical illusions, such as the one at the bottom of this post. Should you see a concave face, then you are schizophrenic, but should you see an illusion of a face, then you are normal.
My outcome, however, is strange. I see through the illusion for a split second, then fade to "normal view." Every time I blink, I briefly see through it then go back to seeing the false, normal outcome. Anyone have any idea of why this is so?

I see through it, even though i knew before that i am mentally unstable.
what's the vid?
The mind is truly an amazing thing.
I can see it both ways if I choose.......
:byodood:
Looks like an ordinary mask to me.
Thats awesome it looks like the inside part of it is rotating the other way as the mask comes around.
fuck I'm schizophrenic
I saw it as a concave, but after reading what I was supposed to see, the inside becomes a convex and it's become increasingly difficult to see it as a concave like I originally did.
This reminds me of this question that if you answer correctly, means you are a sociopath:
A woman, while at the funeral of her own mother, met a
man who she did not know. She thought he was 'amazing'. She believed him
to be her dream partner so much, that she fell in love with him right
there, but never asked for his number and could not find him.
A few days later she killed her sister.
Question: What was her motive for killing her sister?
If I think about it I can see it hollow, but if I listen to him its convex.

She was hoping that the "love of her life" would attend her sisters funeral so she could get a chance to talk to him.
Concave for me, but I'm going to the doctors today/booking to be examined for schizophrenia.

That question was odd to me because the first time I saw this I got it right without checking. I can be a bit manipulative at times but it's nothing too bad, but out of this list below I identify with a good 70% of it every now and then. I just get urges to go and mess with people's heads, I have no clue why though.
Glibness/superficial charm
Grandiose sense of self-worth
Pathological lying
Cunning/manipulative
Lack of remorse or guilt
Emotionally shallow
Callous/lack of empathy
Failure to accept responsibility for own actions

As for the test, I saw it as a convex. Having Schizophrenia would be pretty damn scary to be honest.
It runs in the family for me, so it's all good.
Really reminds me of that spinning silhouette woman. You can't tell which way she's spinning.
fuck im schizo..
i saw it for what it was, and i'm not schizophrenic
I am normal.
Fuck yeah.
I'm sure if you tried hard enough you could find a few symptoms that indicate you're pregnant
I have schizophrenia apparently.
I don't see any optical illusion, I only see a mask, and the inside of the head.
I can switch between the mask inside out and the mind fuck way....What does this mean???
My friend who is schizophrenic sees the face too, and doesn't see through the illusion.
I really tried to see it as the inside of a mask but I just couldn't, I always saw it sticking out. I really tried hard :(

That (though not really at will, it varies).
So am I both Schizophrenic and non-schizophrenic? So I have two personalities, but if I have two personalities then I am schizophrenic, but one personality is not schizophrenic, so how can I be schizophrenic?
