Hey guys, it's me again.
Alright, so just last night before I went to bed I decided to finally cough up the money to purchase virtual audio cable, and now it seems like it is not functioning.
Due to my version of vista, it cannot run the drivers (they are unsigned).
Now I'm looking for an altertative, as VAC won't update for another month or so (or thats what they told me after emailing them).
Anyone got any good ideas?
V.A.C.A eh?
Also wrong section bro :)
Upgrade to Windows 7.

Ugh, from what I've heard, Windows 7 is rather full of glitches.
I suppose I've got no choice though. Thanks

Also no, this is the correct section.
I'm running 7 and I really can't find any glitches... Runs nice and smooth for me.

Alright, however the problem I've got with upgrading is that it clears the hard drive, unless I back everything up, right?
I don't have a large enough external harddrive :(
... well yea it clears the hard drive.
Just keep what you NEED. Maybe borrow an external, or zip everything up.

I'll probably just wait until I get back home.
On student exchange right now, once I get back home in the summer I'll figure stuff out.
Thanks though man.

7 Is what vista should have been. It has no glitches.

Most of Vista's glitches are gone, so it's really not bad. Nothing to complain about anymore.

Hey kakburen this is my first post here and i want to help you out. I have the problem as you but I am on windows 7 and the installer doesn't even start, oh well...
In your situation, you can't install because of the driver signing thingy.. open up a CMD as Admin and run this command Bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON
This basically let you install a program even if it is not signed, Bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING OFF to turn it off. I hope this helps you out.
