• Is troll becoming a word like Epic and Fail? (Interms of Internet and IRL usage)

I was sitting in class for "Mock 3 hour school day before school starts" Day when I overhear a group of kids start talking about their Psychology classes. "So is your Psych class trollable?" "Yeah totally trollable." And I'm entirely confused right now. It already kinda pisses me off when people use words like Epic! and Fail!(I don't know why it just does). Hope I don't get banned for trollin
Sounds like a bunch of dumb kids trying out internet words for the sake of saying them.
We'll I've also noticed a spike in the amount of people who know what 4chan is
I've also noticed a spike in people who know what this 'rock and roll' thing is. Perhaps the two are related.
Yeah. For the school prom, we had to choose songs to play during the prom, and some girl said "RICK ROLL LOL!" and later that day she made a joke and she said "nah, i'm just trolling" fuck
I've also noticed a spike in people who know what this 'rock and roll' thing is. Perhaps the two are related.
That's a good point. I guess it's time for some Old Fashioned :science: And by know what 4chan is, I meant visit 4chan in specifically the /b/ board [editline]08:16AM[/editline]
Yeah. This thread makes me sad.
As incorrectly as they are using it, they arent using it as badly as that one image where it is "i dont know how to defend my opinion! ill dismiss him as a troll and it will be alright!"
I'd have to say that "mad" needs to be put on the eventual list of shitty 4chan words.
We go on the internet because we hate everyone else! If they become us what happens then? :psyduck:
We go on the internet because we hate everyone else! If they become us what happens then? :psyduck:
We become jocks
We become jocks
Then everyone becomes jocks, then we return to the internet, as do they, then we go jocks.... IT WILL GO ON FOREVER! :byodood:
Yes it's happening more and more. I remember back in the day.. like in seventh grade when none of my friends balls nor mine had dropped we'd all be playing Counter-Strike and shit and saying owned irl. Then a year later everyone at school started saying owned casually. Same thing with fail and everything else. Now it's "trolls" turn to become used by every faggot, like it already is.
also Facepalm
See my major problem with it is that I consider myself a troll and now everyone's gonna go around using and abusing the word so much it's gonna become meaningless.
Have no fear guys, the internet will make a new word to replace troll! :science:
Oh, nothing is as irritating as "fail" and "epic".
I haven't heard 'troll' used anywhere near as much as 'fail', but I was helping my mom's friend with her computer and she did ask me' Have you heard of trolls' and subsequently 'Do YOU troll'. I was fucking taken aback, let me tell you.
Trolling is a art.
I went to the girl that lives across streets house and her brother was browsing /b/.
Oh, nothing is as irritating as "fail" and "epic".
People saying 'lol' is up there with them. Why can't they just laugh instead of saying an acronym?
How old was said brother?
Probably 20
We'll come up with new words then they'll copy it. Repeat.
People saying 'lol' is up there with them. Why can't they just laugh instead of saying an acronym?
Instead of saying thanks, my brother actually says ty. Not 'tie' but 'tee-why'
Instead of saying thanks, my brother actually says ty. Not 'tie' but 'tee-why'
change your name to ty
This thread makes me sad.
Say your opinion you are trolling.
Instead of saying thanks, my brother actually says ty. Not 'tie' but 'tee-why'
I do this when i'm speaking online via voicechat or skype or whatever. Is that bad?
Pfft. We have a sudden rise of computer illiterate's in my school. "DURR, I HAEV A QUAD-CORE CPU. THAT'S 7,5 GHZ!!!!"
