Will getting a new computer remove my tf2 achievements?

I am getting a new computer for the first time in 6 years. Needless to say, I have never gotten the chance to see what happens to my achievements, etc when I re-install a game, such as tf2, and in this case, steam entirely. Although I am pretty sure my achievements will be preserved, I just want to be sure.

tl;dr: Will my achievements be removed if I completely re-install steam?

there is something called the internet, on odd thing, it can store data on the internet and if you have an account it can store the data on your account... on the internet.. magic

Narp. It stores all your shit on your Steam Account which can never be deleted, removed or cleared unless an administrator does so.
