Migraines, Cluster Headaches and the Like: Post your headache remedies

So I live with a rather odd type of migraine not characterized by the typical sensitivity to light, sound, or even a headache. I do have the aura and regular icepick headaches every now and again.
The defining trait, though, is that I enter a state of terrible mental confusion, rather diminished ability to speak and understand speech, flawed sense of the passage of time, and I have a diminished ability to perform learned tasks. I describe it to people that it feels like I'm having a stroke every few days.
My remedy, if I catch it in the pre-aura anger phase, is to administer Ibuprofen, Diphenhydramine HCL, Caffeine, and Nicotine. The cocktail of vasoconstrictors seems to help, and seems to progress me right to the hangover phase.
So what do you guys live with, and what are your remedies?
I had terrible migraines in high school. I'd use this 60$ 1 shot nasal spray that would knock you out 5 minutes later and you'd hope that when you woke up it'd be gone.
I used to get one every 2 months on the dot but haven't gotten them in awhile so they stop happening so often as time goes by.
Used to get em every month 16-19, now I just had my first migraine in a year. So I guess I'm growing out of mine.
Liquid Gel Advil, and a Grizzly Wintergreen pouch. 2 minutes and its gone for good.
Vicodin even on small doses nukes all my headaches like a champ.
Naproxen sodium (Aleve) is my go to choice.
I save ibuprofen for actual pain.
Ripping a cone.
I used to get about 2-3 migraines a week. My dad would never let me stay home, so basically, I would just cover my face with my jacket, pretend to read a book and sleep for the rest of the day. It was really hard to deal with.
My Dad's side of the family is basically cursed with getting bad migraines from time to time and of course I get them too
I usually take some Advil or Moltrin and then sleep either one of those usually does the trick.
bullet to the brain
i used to have them almost daily when i was in high school. They werent that strong so I didnt do much about them. Then I moved out of m parents when I finished high school, so I had more time to sleep and didnt have the parents stress so I stopped having them all that often.
I started having some again, sometimes during sleep. So when your solution to migraines is to go to sleep, you're pretty much fucked. When its really bad or I need to be 100% for work or something, I down some ben-u-ron. Havent tried ibuprofen yet. Heard from a friend of mine that a shot of vodka works too and thats why she always has some vodka in her purse

But I do get migraines from alcohol too, occasionaly. Especially from beer
I had Dr Pepper, fixed it.
I used to get really bad migraines, and my "remedy" involved showering, eating a meal, and then listening to music or something.
Basically anything to cheer myself up and get my mind off the headache, I suppose. It didn't work that well at actually stopping my migraines, but it made them a lot more tolerable.
Fuck these winter aches.
Cthulhu has chosen you
Relpax or Imitrex both work damn well.
I blast Heavy Metal, only remedy for anything
I usually drink water, or take some ibuprofen
I have been using lsd for my cluster headaches. Works like wizards magic
I would get icepick migraines a lot as a teen :/ I was told to masturbate or go to sleep and sometimes that would help. Or take a sauna bath and put drops of tea tree oil in the bath as an aroma therapy thing. Also, Ibuprofen.
Codeine, vicodin, percocet, any opiates do it for me, but when those aren't around, weed helps keep my mind off of it and relieves some of the pain, even though it raises blood pressure, it seems to help. Alcohol could temporarily I guess, but I don't recommend. Tylenol, ibuprofin, and naproxen don't do shit for me though unfortunately.
oh right, ASMR helps me a lot too to fall asleep faster. I usually can't stop focusing on the pain when having an attack, and something to distract me and put me asleep always helps
