How do I install mods into The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion?

I don't have many games on my computer, so I don't really know how to put mods in.

How exactly do I add mods I have downloaded into the actual Oblivion game?

If I remember correctly make a dropzone folder if you don't have one, and put mods in it.

That's actually quite a coincidence, since the reason I am asking is because I am downloading mods from that site, or am going to.

Do they have a section explaining what to do?
