Post the shows that you watch, that you never thought you'd actually watch.
For me that would be That 70s Show and Two and a Half Men. I now watch them both regularly, and they're both hilarious.
MLP
Lost. I wasn't that interested in it until Season 6 ended, then I watched a few episodes on Netflix to see what the hype was all about and ended up watching the whole series.
Avatar: The Last Airbender. That shit caught me off guard with how awesome it was.
Avatar
MLP
Batman, The Animated Series, expected a decent show at most, got one of the best shows I've ever seen
Two and a Half Men
The Office
Venture Bros
Aqua Teen Hunger Force
Regular Show
Adventure Time
Late Late show with Craig Ferguson.
I never thought I would be semi obsessed about a late night show with a strange, slightly creepy Scottish talk show host and his possibly gay robot skeleton sidekick.
Beavis and Butthead, mostly. I mean, I took a first look at this cartoon and said to myself "Wtf is this shit, this is dumb, they keep laughing". But then I watched a few episodes and...
... felt in love with it. When you give it a chance, it easily becomes the best cartoon ever. And godammit, I saw all the 200 episodes + the movie and I'm currently waiting for the revival of this serie, starting october 27th.
Also, as some people may already know, Aqua Teen Hunger force. Again, this is the kind of show that look stupid when you first look at it, but once you watch 2 or 3 episodes, it becomes fucking awesome.
Deadlist Catch, I thought it was really fucking boring at first but now I'm a huge fan.
And of course...[sp]MLP[/sp]
Breaking Bad.
Breaking Bad.
Holy shit this too, how could I forget about breaking bad?
the colbert report, i don't even care about politics
I didnt think Home Movies was funny when I first saw it, but going back and watching I thought it was pretty funny.
Fucking Adventure Time, man
Jersey Shore
MLP
The Daily Show/Colbert Report hour that Comedy central does. Seriously I couldn't give a damn about this stuff until an old roommate of mine turned me on to it.
Also:
Avatar: The Last Airbender
Dr. Who
Top Gear
Jersey Shore.
Entourage.
For me it was scrubs, the first episode i saw was the "sitcom" episode and i legitimately thought the show was actually like that. I spent the next year or so continuing shunning it until one day my brother was watching a really good and funny show, i asked him what it was and he told me "Scrubs"
I came just in time to catch the last 3 seasons, and that's not including the last shitty one before the new scrubs.
Warehouse 13 and Eureka.
I original thought Eureka was some goofy ass show, had no interest in it. Then I watched a episode of it because there was nothing else on at the moment. Enjoyed every second of it from there.
Warehouse 13 didn't look all that great in the appearance section. CGI/Green screen looked a bit shitty, but the story line and characters made up for it.
Both are great shows.
Two and a half men and Adventure time.
Both are great shows.
Star Trek
That was many years ago... I have now seen the entirety of TNG and DS9 and I recently started going through TOS too.
Friends.
Adventure Time / Regular Show.
They seemed pretty stupid at first, but man I love those shows now.
MLP. I watched it once as a bet, and now I'm hooked.
MLP, Top Gear, Lost, and any cooking show hosted by Gordon Ramsey.
