So I was reading about the portal and half life movie "announcements" and it got me thinking how I would do a half life movie, so what do you think of this idea?
Dr.Wallace breen is the protagonist.
it shows him in office with flashbacks to black mesa and is a desperate political thriller, Gordon is never shown but his actions are heavily hinted at.
If you think about it breen was a good guy, he is a martyr for the resistance, and he may in fact even be with them. They needed a bad guy to get behind, he also saved humanity.
The movie could show his intense guilt and the pressure from the benefactors.

Thoughts?
Just a fun discussion for a thread I figured.
I want to see a Half Life story which is two and a half hours of Tim Allen as Gordon Freeman only ever grunting.
How about Half-Life as seen through the eyes of a Houndeye?
Or a movie about the events leading up to the resonance cascade, including the workplace harassment that led to Gordon shaving his giant biker beard.
We need to know Laszlo's story
I'd like to see FakeFactory's version of a Half-Life movie.
Oh, wait, no, that already exists. It's called porn. Nevermind.
I think seeing the 7hour war would be the best possible half life movie.
We need a movie not based off of massively prominent HL2 characters. Black comedy featuring Magnusson, maybe.
Or, the epic tale of a man who once brought down hunters with AR3s and his bare hands.
I just want a live action clip of a scientist getting pulled up into a barnacle and decapitated/digested.
is that too much to ask???
I'd want a movie of Eli and Kleiner's college days
Like a mixture of Animal House and Revenge of the Nerds
