My filter just broke, and I don't have access to a store where I could buy a new one so I had to order one online. This will take a few days at least.
How can I keep my fishes alive until I get a new one? I can probably try to change buckets of water every now and then during the days to keep it clean and keep the water oxygenated, but I'm afraid that the situation would change during night time when I won't be awake to change the water. The aquarium is 100 liters, and the fish:plant ratio isn't too good.
I'll try to provide pictures of the filter if that could help fix it, but I already tried for a good while. The magnetic rotor which keeps the water flowing will get jammed when I put all the parts together, so it won't move and thus won't help at all.
EDIT:
Actually, I think I averted the crisis. I found a smaller filter which currently acts as a pump only, as it doesn't have filter sponge inside (because it is much smaller than my usual filter). It pumps water at a higher speed it seems, and I set it like so:

So I think I'll be fine. But thanks anyways for calming me down, I was a bit worried for the fish.
What kind of fish? Pictures of everything would help too. You impeller might just be stuck on something. If it's just a few days then you'll probably be fine just by putting a air stone in there if you got one, and changing the water like you regularly would.
I had fresh and saltwater tanks go a week without power after hurricane ike. Everything was fine.
