So, like 5 years ago.
I remember the price of stuff pre-Euro, knowing vaguely you'd have to do mandatory military service sometime in the future and being relieved when they abolished it. Actually being cognizant of 9/11 as it happened. And not having any internet whatsoever, when it was still making it's way into the household.
Kids like myself, when I was back in my day, would actually want to go outside and play in the park instead of being on the computer all day.

That's genuinely surprising. It's good to know that capitalization and punctuation were never a factor though.

Fuck I remember those as a young kid those were kid chocolate ballz. Back in my day we had blockbuster until it got shutdown :( I was 12 or 13 when they closed.
