Neither really affect me unless there's a disturbing aspect to the image, but in such a case puke would be worse. Only very certain types of gore or "bloody" things really get to me.

I fucking hate the smell of puke. I always gag at the stench. Looking at gore online doesn't really bother me as much as it use to though. Although I have never seen any mangled bodies in person. So I have no idea how I will react if I do.
