FACT: Mcdonalds doesn't actually use meat! They use a lovely artificial meat!
It tastes lovely! I believe it is a LOVELY option for vegetarians!

Actually OP, McDonald's does use meat, it uses non-beef meat such as dog meat, cat meat, etc.
Your best bet is to grow your own food and make stuff from it to be the most healthy.
McDonald's uses beef for their burgers. Obviously not a good idea for vegetarians.
Although, some locations serve veggie burgers, which actually aren't that bad (used to be vegan, and then vegetarian, before I became a full blown omnivore).
Now, as for the McChicken and McNuggets, well, looks like fake chicken to me.
