They are the top level of troll organizations, whose requirements for entrance are a mystery to the public. You don't ask to be admitted, they ask you.
Being the best troll possible they won't break character and will troll everyone including members who may deviate in the slightest. In 5 years they will collectively say to the world, "LOL I TROLL YOU!!1!!"
