Ever see a hyped up movie that was recommended by friends or coworkers for being brilliant and amazing? Yet for some odd reason you seem to be the only one who thinks that piece of cinema was total shit? Ex: http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e289/myhomes/donnie.jpg Benjamin Button was extremely fucking stupid. http://i287.photobucket.com/albums/ll131/smalmighty/curious_case_of_benjamin_button_ver.jpg And I'm pretty sure I'm not alone with this one... Twilight.
Avater as well, but also Titanic.
titanic and avatar
Titantic, Avatar...and...um...I don't watch many movies.
Twilight.
I was under the impression that everyone hated twillight?
Maybe Avatar... But it was actually a good movie, although it was kinda unoriginal.
Avatar. $8 to watch Pocahontas in 3D. All Saw movies.
Watchmen
majority of the movies released after 2009
Tron Legacy, I was incredibly disappointed that there was only 1 light cycle scene
Pearl Harbor :v:
Raiders of the Lost Ark
I don't hate it, but I thought it was immensely overrated: Inception. Disagrees, rate me them.
I don't hate it, but I thought it was immensely overrated: Inception. Disagrees, rate me them.
all of my friends said it would be a huge mindfuck but it really wasnt. People just got really confused because they cant follow a multilevel storyline
Avatar.
all of my friends said it would be a huge mindfuck but it really wasnt. People just got really confused because they cant follow a multilevel storyline
It definitely wasn't as confusing and mindfucking as people said it would be but it had depth. I love the film.
I liked Benjamin Button.
napoleon dynamite
Scott Pilgrim Vs the world Seriously, what the fuck was up with it, nothing like the books.
all of my friends said it would be a huge mindfuck but it really wasnt. People just got really confused because they cant follow a multilevel storyline
What it was for me was sort of tame. All the shooting and danger scenes became a bit meaningless since the stakes were low. I mean, it was OK and well written, but no more then a B- from me.
Scott Pilgrim Vs the world Seriously, what the fuck was up with it, nothing like the books.
I thought they did pretty well with it, it's just the last book was being made then so they couldn't get that one down proper
Star Wars, Avatar, anything that involves 'pew pew laszorbeams'
Avatar was hugely overrated, but i still like it because of the beautiful scenery and well-executed 3D effects. It kinda numbed the pain from the pathetic storyline. Which, you should know, is basically Pocahontas re-written. Also, Twilight. All of them. I'm one of the few who have actually seen the movies before flaming them, and i must say, I'm stunned how they can sell that sort of garbage. Of course, the only reason it sold so well was because they paid the male actors big sums of money for saying cheesy lines and taking their shirt off every ten minutes. On the other side, there are also a few movies i adored, but everyone else either disliked or barely knew. I watched The Miracle at St. Anna with a couple of friends and while they were all going "meh..." i was clapping my hands like a boy with downs
Knock Knock Who's There? Twilight
Knock Knock Who's There? Twilight
Scott Pilgrim Vs the world What kind of horrible shit was that. Seriously?
Star Wars. I'm sorry I'm not your own robot who likes star wars.
Titanic 2 was awesome. Oh wait.
