Just 4 days ago a huge dark red lump about 3x3 inches appeared right below my knee, It's a circle and in the middle there is a hole... It really hurts, what can It be? I'm thinking a bee sting, but I'm not sure.

If it's filled with pus you could consider popping it, but the obvious choice is to get that mofo checked out.

That's an infected cyst. Go to a doctor now, have it lanced and cleaned. Or else you're going to lose that limb.
Rule of thumb: if there's something that's odd you can feel or see and it doesn't go away in 3 days, see a doctor
