• California gun laws + Halloween airsoft prop?

How does that work? Is it as long as it has the orange tip it's okay? It's an AK-47, cheapy. As far as I know you can't even own a real AK47 in CA, so is there anything to worry about? I mean I'm a 14 year old kid running around a nice neighborhood, but I'm paranoid about things like this. Had a thread regarding the Ak prop a couple weeks ago, but this is different.
As long as it has the orange tip you should be perfectly fine as long as your not pointing it at people's heads and threatening to kill them.
Does it look like an authentic AK-47? And you'd be better off with a rpg prop They are cooler.
Unless your area has specific laws against airsoft guns, you'll be fine if you have the orange tip on. Just don't go waving it around at the police.
That's what I thought, alright. It'd be the same for just about any other prop though so it's all good.
Does it look like an authentic AK-47? Dunno what though, I'll look around.
I don't think anyone would give you crap on Halloween. If it really bothers you, put some fluro orange tape on the tip of the gun for the night or something
tape a sign to it that says Gay Pride And under that it says Fake
