Finally they did something about diagonal running, now there's a good reason to upgrade sprinting.

There's been several updates already.
Most devs, if they even update a single player game, will only release one or so to fix major issues.
this is fantastic, the game has only just been cracked and was just about ready for a scene release from Skidrow, and this update came out and fucked them over

I just loaded it up again to find the revised mouse sensitivity settings, FANTASTIC. And better load times, EVEN BETTER. They're fixing the very few gripes I have with the game.
Still waiting on a HUD radar scaling option, and a revision to make additional power cells a more viable upgrade choice. For the latter, if I may talk to the wind: I like having to eat energy bars to use more augmentations, it's the opposite of consolized and fun in a way I didn't anticipate; it can be summarized with this internal monologue (ok, situation calls for some SERIOUS SHIT, gimme my fucken PROTEIN BAR and let's DO THIS). I support needing energy bars to fill your reserves, but not quite in the way they implemented it; I don't know how I'd fix it, but it just doesn't feel right just yet.
Game now unlocked for me. I guess the night will be long.
This update was released 15 minutes after I began playing, it was never applied. I spend about 50% of the two hours I played loading.
Still an amazing game though, everyone should buy this.

Huh, I've noticed a noticeable increase in my performance with this update.
I honestly haven't noticed much of a change in loading times.
