My mouse keeps spazzing out, randomly clicking and moving around. This happened once when I came home, and I thought my mouse was just a bit screwed up so I changed it to another one which worked. But then after I finished, it continued.
what do
You need to bake your computer for exactly 20 minutes at 300 degrees celsius.
Well don't give it to me.
Some suggestions:
(Assuming you're a mac user judging by your facepunch OS logo).
Try using a different surface to see if the tracking improves.
Turn the mouse over and inspect the sensor window. Use compressed air to gently clean the sensor window if dust or debris is present.
If multiple Bluetooth wireless devices are in use nearby, try turning them off one at a time to see if the issue improves. Bandwidth intensive devices could affect tracking.
Check the battery level of the mouse by clicking the bluetooth logo in your taskbar at the top or in the Bluetooth pane in System Preferences.

It moves without it even being on a surface, and this happens with both of my mouses.
unplug your mice
Verify if no prick is fucking around with your computer from a distance (using TeamViewer for example).
Try to run a deep scan using your antivirus.
If someone is messing with your computer he/she would probably cancel it.
Ah, it must be the dreaded "slight inconvenience" virus.
But yeah, I doubt it is a virus. Check the surface you are using it on is clean. Also, you don't happen to be on a laptop do you? I used to play on a laptop with a mouse and sometimes I accidentally touched the track pad and that would cause my mouse to spaz out.
Are they just random movements or does it seem to move like someone is controlling it?
Edit:

Didn't see that. It's definitely strange it happens with both mice. Have you tried different usb ports?

Ran a full scan, nothing showed up. No TeamViewer either since I removed it some time ago.

Did try different USB ports, same result. And yes, I am on a laptop but I'm far from my trackpad for that to happen. And I can't tell if it's somebody controlling it. Sometimes it clicks whenever it's on top of an .exe.
Try uninstalling your old drivers and reinstalling new ones.
Maybe the cables from your mice are dodgy, if they have cables.
If nothing else then try to isolate the problem by getting what you know is a new, shiny clean mouse from somewhere. A friend, coworker, family member etc. Hell, buy a super cheap one just to see if it's not your mice fucking up.
Also if you think someone's controlling it, try tempting fate by making a file called 'click here for porn' or something. Make something someone would want to click, like go to https://googledrive.com/host/0B9gerq8yrBHSQk1aVFJ6UW5zRWs/dicksucker.html
and see if they click the button in the centre.

Thats pretty clever actually.
Have you tried the same mice on a different computer? If they work fine then there is probably something wrong software wise. Maybe a virus but I still doubt it.
I have that problem at times, it's just the bottom of your mouse getting dusty. Check underneath and wipe the dust off with your fingers.
I had this too. Your mouse cable might be ripped/broken
check your USB ports for one of these:

Try cleaning off the trackpad or wiping it down, I got something on mine once and the mouse freaked out till I cleaned it off.
Virus=very yes
Download Malwarebytes, run in safe mode, do a fully system scan.
what anti virus do you use? just curious
Upgrade to Windows. They don't get viruses.
roommate's lappy was doing this when he plugged it into the inverter in his state car.
Turned out to be the inverter itself, something was causing it to send current from paths other than the cable in and out of it, namely his lappy and anything else plugged into it, back to the chassis instead of using the ground lead.
Give it plenty of rest. Hope it gets well soon.
Start it in safe mode and run a deep scan with whatever antivirus you use, unless you use AVG Free edition in which case you should uninstall AVG Free and install MSE instead. The first thing you should always do is start it in safe mode before fucking around with it, if everything works fine in safe mode that should rule out any critical windows files being infected.
Have you tried turning your computer off and on?
Did you try giving it Advil?
it probably is a problem with your mouse drive
apply some vinegar and scrub it off. Then you can also try rubbing some salt on it
I have a friend who can help you.

Honestly, just ignore it. I have a fuck load of viruses from all my porn., just deal with it. It's useful sometimes like it will click my chrome for me, and other times it could be a tad annoying. It's like living with someone. There's pros and cons. Plus by now the person seen all my family photos, my school reports, my porn, and selfie dick pictures. It's almost like a father I never had. This faceless person knows me better than any other person....even myself.

Oooh that sounds nice.
Could you please point out where one could adopt a computer virus?
