Why garrysmod.org downloads, is slowy in argentine?

I have 4 kbps in the page.

before 4 months, I had 350 kbps.

whats happend?

I don't know, same here...It depends what Im downloading though. Some dls will be fast

In the page I pres download icon, and doesnt download
