It's actually a really good game.
Do people forget how Diablo 2 was released, was a piece of shit, then it was patched, and LoD came out and made it the game we all love to remember?

might they put the game + expansion on sale sometime soon, for christmas or something? personally i cant justify spending $80 on them

If you want to play solo, stick with ps4, sure
but any form of online gameplay with an offline version is fucked, just look at d2 with open bnet
The treasure goblin portal, is pretty sweet.
Me and a buddy got it 2 times after each other while doing bounty's.

I pre-purchased the game when it came out and found it to be awful. I had constant connectivity issues, but managed to finish the game, only to go "That's it?" at the ending. Shortly after, I uninstalled it and ignored it for quite some time. Tried doing some minor playing with some friends, but that didn't last.
This past May, I reinstalled in game again and was very surprised at all of the improvements. I've been playing pretty often and even bought the expansion. Last night, I spent two hours with a friend doing seasonal heroes. Quite honestly, we enjoyed ourselves and plan on playing again tonight.
This game seemed to have had this curious phoenix like effect in which it started off as being questionable and apparently got seriously good relatively recently.
Loot 2.0 made it rewarding and fun to play, RoS added more things to do. That's the gist of it
