Has anybody bought anything from Overstock.com before?

I just bought a headset from Overstock.com. It was $20 cheaper than anywhere else, so I picked them. After buying it I read the reviews for the company - and they are ALL terrible. Out of 100 reviews, 95 of them were 1 star - saying that they either got the wrong item, a refurbished item, a used item, or a broken item. Has anybody bought from them and had a good experience? I paid quite a bit for this headset and I don't want to get a shitty used one.
