I stutter and trip over my words.

This has been going on for quite some time and has been nuisance for that long.

If I'm talking to someone I either trip over my words (real bad, mind you) and/or stutter a shit-ton. Either that or I don't say anything. It's like this: "Hey [name], did you hear abou--" It's like I'm interrupting myself.

Note that this didn't happen before this year. Kind of weird. Anyone who have experienced this before know how to fix this, if they can?

I actually have the same problem, but I started trying to slow my talking and it helped me more or less.

Well yeah, I have a hard time talking too but it helps a little.

Something related to anxiety? I use to do this as well, but slowing down my words and a prescription for anxiety helped a lot.

i sometimes forget words in my first language.
It's cause i study 4 languages.
like this: Hey [name], have you ever took the.. the.. wait, how do you say "that" in [language]?

I occasionally lisp, embarrassing as fuck. And whoever decided lisp should have an S in it is a bastard.

Talk slower than usual, and make sure you know EXACTLY what you're going to say before you say it. It really cut back on my stuttering.
