Whenever you take a screenshot containing something that you don't want others to know about, crop it so only the needed area is in the final picture. That way, people will just assume you wanted to save bandwidth and point out the important stuff. Basically, you can hide "compromising information" and noone can prove that you tried to hide anything :eng101:.
