That might not be the truest approach to this.. She and he are both in the 9th grade, so what are the odds the people he knows around him and her are not kinda like tied; meetings, hanging out in general, partees etc. There OP don't have to just ask her out because he's out with her already, then it's just talking and chilling etc with her and peoples
