beware of spoilers guys
No shit, it's an article about the endings of video games.
beware of spoilers guys
What were you expecting?
WHERE IS THAT LIVESTREAM GAMEPLAY AUDIO COMING FROM
WHERE IS THAT LIVESTREAM GAMEPLAY AUDIO COMING FROM
dishonored
What were you expecting?
It was a joke.
What about Spec Ops: The Line, or does that not count?
Should put Assassin's Creed in imo. The game doesn't end until you activate eagle vision out of the Animus.
They left out FEAR 2. That's the only game I have ever played that ends with the player character [sp]being raped and impregnating a ghost[/sp]
surprised half life 1 & 2 weren't mentioned
the ending of INSIDE was fucked up. the [sp]animations and noises that the blob makes[/sp] are what really makes it.
Arkham Knight has a pretty surprising ending [sp] Jokers wild ride was the best part of the game [/sp]
i found arkham city's ending to be really sad :(
Where my deadly premonition brothers at
What about Spec Ops: The Line, or does that not count?
What are the funnies about? :(
Braid had a pretty crazy ending too. Especially the alternate one
Portal 2: [sp]Teleporting to the moon still takes the cake for me [/sp].
surprised half life 1 & 2 weren't mentioned
I wouldn't say those are particularly surprising nor strange. Confusing and full of mystery, but they make sense as far as looking back and forward in time around each of the endings. At the end of HL you're on an alien world getting teleported, so it's not like the GMan cutscene is particularly out of place, and at the end of HL2, it's just re-using the fact that GMan can slow down and manipulate time and shit.
Portal 2: [sp]Teleporting to the moon still takes the cake for me [/sp].
[sp]They've been hinting at the ending throughout the game. It's similar to how children movies (Pixar comes to mind) tend to explicitly show a Cherokov's Gun or two someplace in early to mid story.[/sp] [editline]umu[/editline] wait you said that just for the pun right? [editline]18th September 2016[/editline]
the ending of INSIDE was fucked up. the [sp]animations and noises that the blob makes[/sp] are what really makes it.
I haven't played the game but I'm really curious about the events leading up to the [sp]boy sacrificing himself to the blob. Why did he do it? Does he have some connection to the blob? Why are the employees letting a kid muck about? Why did the kid get absorbed on contact but no body else did? Is he an experiment as well?[/sp] Feel free to spoil me since I'm not likely going to play the game.
