Ever thought about going to a doctor to confirm if you need them or not?
What's the problem? If you aren't confidient that you have perfect eye sight go to an optician and get your eyes checked. If you need glasses then yes get them. If you're not wearing glasses and you need them your vision will only get worse.
At first I had a problem trying to accept the fact that I need glasses since I grew up NOT needing glasses. But it made a huge difference.
You could try contacts too. I tried those but I spent an hour trying to get one into one eye alone. Out of frustration I decided it wasn't worth it so got glasses instead.
These glasses are fantastic and quite fashionable (if that's what you're concerned about or something).

Why are you asking? If you need them, go to the doctor and make sure, and then get them. The only problem I can imagine you having with that is it might make you look uglier, and in that case just get contacts.

It's not too hard, use common sense.
I used to hate the thought of having glasses, but I needed them so I got them. I got sick of looking at my life as if I were standing behind a little window, so I got contacts. On top of the fact that I had perfect vision as if there was nothing wrong with my eyes at all, I could actually see better than I did with my glasses. The only downside there is to them is trying to get them in the first few times. When you're used to them it's almost as easy as putting on your glasses.
